How do I compare the scooters?
Alongside motor power and battery, consider weight, tyres, brakes and suspension. Check the dimensions if you need to store or transport the scooter. Our model overview provides full technical details.
How reliable is the stated range?
Range figures are a guide. Rider weight, temperature, surface, gradients, tyre pressure and riding style affect how far a battery charge actually lasts.
Are the scooters intended for public roads?
No. Rydova offers the current models exclusively for private land not accessible to the public, with the owner’s permission. They are not sold as vehicles approved for public traffic areas in Switzerland.
How long does delivery take?
For available models, estimated delivery is 3–8 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Switzerland: CHF 36 or CHF 59 per scooter, depending on the model and battery version. The applicable cost is shown on the product page and under Shipping and collection. Free collection in Niederhasli is available by appointment after we confirm the order is ready.
Can I collect my scooter?
Available models ordered for collection are expected to be ready 3–8 calendar days after we receive your order and payment is confirmed. Please wait for our confirmation, then arrange your collection appointment.

What warranty does Rydova offer?
Rydova provides a voluntary warranty on electric scooters purchased from Rydova for 2 years from receipt of the goods for material and manufacturing defects. Rydova is the warrantor and contact throughout both years. Report a defect with the order number, a description and photos or videos. An unboxing video is not required. Scope, exclusions and procedure are set out in the warranty policy. Statutory rights relating to defects remain unaffected. Any manufacturer’s warranty applies independently under the manufacturer’s terms.
