How your order works
- Choose the model and version: Check the product page for the battery option, availability, delivery information and intended use.
- Procurement after ordering: We source your scooter from the supplier. The goods arrive at Rydova first. For available models, estimated delivery is 3–8 working days; any different delivery information appears on the relevant product page.
- Delivery or collection: Shipping is charged per scooter and depends on the model and battery version. Alternatively, free collection in Niederhasli is possible once we confirm the scooter is ready and arrange an appointment.

Support after your purchase

The existing 2-year Rydova warranty terms and return and refund terms apply.
